Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card number or UPI PIN. We may receive payment status, transaction reference, and limited billing metadata from the payment provider.

Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and general usage data needed to operate and secure the app.

Communications: messages you send through support, call-back requests, order remarks, sample approvals, and ratings.
