Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your DreambyLens account here. You can also delete your account from the mobile app under Profile.

What happens when you delete your account
  • Your profile, login, saved addresses, and cart are removed.
  • Photos you uploaded for orders are deleted from our servers.
  • You are signed out on all devices immediately.
  • Order records may be kept without your user profile for tax, accounting, and legal compliance.

Signed in with Google only? Leave password blank and use the same email address shown in the app.
